LINk in More Detail

It asks members of the public what their experiences and opinions of local health and social care services are and then lets the people who plan and run the services know.

It makes recommendations for improving services and can request a response to these recommendations within a given timescale.

It has the power to enter and view places where health and adult care services are provided to see if they are working well.

Individuals can be part of a LINk. Groups and organisations can also join. Everyone’s views matter. A LINk represents everyone in the community. Northumberland LINk will give the opportunity to say what they think is working well and what is not so good in Northumberland’s health and social care services.
