Foundation Trusts were asked to produce a Quality Account by May 2009 (within two weeks notice) and this is on page 48-65 of the Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust's  Annual Report available at http://www.northumbria.nhs.uk/menu.asp?id=233940  Hence focus till now has been on priorities in 08/09 and 09/10 following substantial engagement with staff, commissioners and general practice colleagues during the business planning round.

Now the Trust is consulting about longer term priorities, as outlined in the attached letter.
